What is a Condition Report?+
A digital report on the visible condition of a property, based on the listing, available data and photos. You see per room what stands out and which maintenance needs attention.
Is it the same as a building survey?+
No. Nobody visits the property. The report helps you prepare and decide what a physical survey should focus on, but it does not replace that survey.
How reliable is an analysis based on photos?+
We only assess what is visible in the photos. Where in doubt, we say so. Every report is checked by a team member before you receive it.
What if photos may not be used?+
Then we work with independent building illustrations based on the technical assessment. You don't need to do anything.
How long until I receive my report?+
That depends on the available data and the quality check. You'll get an email as soon as your report is ready.
Can I have several properties analysed?+
Yes. You order a separate report per property.
What if certain information is not available?+
Then the report states that the element could not be assessed. We never fill in data ourselves.
Can I use the report in my purchase decision?+
The report gives you extra insight and questions for the viewing. Use it alongside a physical survey and the advice of your buying agent.
