A condition report gives you a clear picture of the visible condition of a property, before you make an offer.
1. You paste the listing link
Copy the link from Funda or from the selling agent's website. We read the property details: address, property type, year built, area and energy label. Only what is actually there; nothing is made up.
2. We collect and analyse the photos
We use the photos from the listing. Each photo is sorted by room and assessed for visible condition: facade, roof, window frames, bathroom, kitchen and more.
3. A building expert checks it
The analysis is a first draft. A building expert reads every report, adjusts where needed and only then approves it.
4. You receive your report
Your report is ready within 24 hours. You get a personal link in your inbox and can save the report as a PDF.
